Using Tradewifi

These terms apply when you use Tradewifi, including its copy trading, account settings, analytics, and journal features. By using Tradewifi, you agree to these terms and any extra rules in your configured channel.

Configured channels

Use Tradewifi only through a channel, workspace, account group, or integration set up or approved for the service. Do not copy, share, sell, or use Tradewifi, trade ideas, commands, sign-in details, access links, or features outside an approved channel.

If your channel access is removed, you must stop using Tradewifi, even if you can still sign in.

Eligibility and account responsibility

• You must be legally able to use trading services and enter into these terms in your location.
• You must provide accurate information and use only accounts and channels you are authorised to control.
• You are responsible for your sign-in details, connected accounts, copy settings, risk limits, and activity on your account.
• Tell support@tradepartna.com if you think someone else can access your account.

Trading risk and no advice

Trading has a high risk of loss. You can lose some or all of your money. Copying a trade idea does not promise the same price, time, size, or result. Price changes, broker rules, platform problems, connection failures, and your account settings can change or stop a trade.

Tradewifi does not accept responsibility for trading losses, except where the law does not allow this limit. Tradewifi is a tool for copying trades, checking account activity, and keeping a journal. It does not give personal investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for your accounts and risk settings.

Permitted use

Tradewifi gives you a limited, personal right to use the service for approved activity in your configured channels. You do not own the software, brand, trade ideas, or guides.

Prohibited use

• Bypass channel permissions, account limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Share access, trade ideas, copied content, sign-in details, or private channel information with a person who is not allowed to use it.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or attempt to obtain unauthorised access to the service.
• Use Tradewifi for fraud, market abuse, unlawful trading, or activity that violates broker, platform, channel, or applicable legal requirements.
• Misstate results, remove ownership notices, or claim that Tradewifi guarantees trading results.

Connected services and execution

For copy trading, you can connect an MT5 account on AssexmarketsGlobal-Trade, EquityEdge-Trade, or NYSMarketsLtd-Trade. Other MT5 servers are not currently supported for copy trading.

Tradewifi uses brokers, trading platforms, messaging channels, hosting providers, and other services. Their rules, limits, and outages may affect Tradewifi. Tradewifi does not control these services or their actions.

Check trade details, your selected account, lot size, limits, and copy status. A status message does not promise that a trade will open or make a profit.

Journal and analytics

Journal records and analytics depend on data received from connected accounts, imports, and information you add. They may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by corrections from a broker or platform. Use them as review tools and verify important records against the relevant account statement.

Availability, changes, and suspension

Tradewifi may change, limit, suspend, or stop parts of the service. Access may stop at once for security reasons, misuse, channel removal, legal duties, or a breach of these terms. We will share important changes on this website or in a configured channel where possible.

Disclaimers and liability

Where the law allows, Tradewifi is provided as available. We do not promise that the service will always work, copy every trade, show perfect data, or make a profit. Tradewifi is not responsible for trading losses, missed trades, price changes, or failures by other services, except where the law does not allow this limit.

Changes, severability, and contact

These terms may change when Tradewifi or the law changes. If you keep using Tradewifi after a change starts, you accept the new terms. If one term cannot be enforced, the other terms still apply.
